20. Product Orders, Freight and Fulfillment

Products are sold in the dimensions, materials, colours, quantities and configurations shown on the relevant product page. Customers should review all product information and confirm that the item and its packaging can pass through the intended delivery access before ordering.

Standard products normally require 2–5 business days for processing and 5–10 business days in transit after dispatch. Large, oversized or multi-piece furniture normally requires 3–7 business days for freight preparation and 7–15 business days in transit after dispatch.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout, large furniture is delivered to the building entrance, doorstep, driveway or another safe curbside handover point. Standard freight does not include carrying items upstairs, room placement, unpacking, packaging removal, assembly or installation.

Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy. Damage, defects, missing parts or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.
